Participation in our athletic program provides our student-athletes with the opportunity to pursue excellence, build long-lasting relationships, and grow both physically and emotionally. We believe that our athletic teams are an extension of our classrooms. Through quality training and teaching, our student-athletes develop life-long skills that will assist them with any future endeavor.
Since 1981, our athletic program has grown and developed into one of the top programs in the East Baton Rouge parish and the state of Louisiana. While winning is not everything, we work to compete at the highest level possible within the scope of the rules of the LHSAA and the spirit of the game. PBS coaches and athletes are always striving to keep the right perspective in good sportsmanship, Christ-like attitudes and a servant spirit.
Participation in athletics and other activities is governed by the LHSAA (Louisiana High School Athletic Association) of which Parkview Baptist School is a member.
At the conclusion of the 2023-2024 school year, fifteen seniors committed to continue their academic and athletic careers at some of the most prestigious universities around the country. Four state titles were won: Cross Country, Girls Basketball, Girls Track & Field and Girls Soccer.
