Parkview Baptist School is excited to announce the appointment of Joe Neal as our new Athletic Director.
Following a thorough and prayerful search process, Coach Neal was identified as the best fit to lead Eagle Athletics. Parkview Baptist School assembled both a screening committee and an interview committee comprised of representatives from across the school community, including coaches, administrators, and athletic program stakeholders. These committees carefully evaluated candidates with a focus on mission alignment, leadership philosophy, program development, and commitment to Christian education. Coach Neal consistently stood out for his vision, experience, passion for student-athlete development, and commitment to building a Christ-centered athletic culture. His ability to lead with integrity, develop coaches and programs, and invest in students both on and off the field made him the clear choice to lead Eagle Athletics into the future.
Coach Neal brings more than 15 years of experience in education, coaching, and athletic administration. Most recently serving as Athletic Director at Catholic of Pointe Coupee, Coach Neal has led and coached across multiple sports programs, including basketball, football, track and field, golf, and softball. In addition to his coaching experience, he has served in numerous leadership roles including Associate Athletic Director, History Department Chair, Fellowship of Christian Athletes Campus Sponsor, and Scholarship Committee Member.
A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a concentration in Kinesiology, Coach Neal is passionate about mentoring student-athletes both on and off the field. His dedication to Christian values, teamwork, discipline, and servant leadership aligns strongly with the mission of Parkview Baptist School.
“I’m extremely grateful to have this opportunity to join the Parkview family,” said Coach Neal. “It’s an honor to join a school with such a storied tradition in athletics. I’m excited to continue leading students toward a relationship with God while building upon the excellence and tradition of Eagle Athletics.”
Please join us in welcoming Joe Neal to Parkview Baptist School as we look forward to an exciting future for Eagle Athletics.
