Learning Lab The elementary division has three levels within the learning lab.
Level 1 – Intervention & Enrichment Groups: Based on assessment data and teacher recommendations, students may participate in a small reading or math intervention groups to reinforce and strengthen skills with our reading and math specialist. Students testing well above level can participate in a reading group/book club or math enrichment group. These groups usually meet during a portion of their auxiliary or class time for 30 minutes 1-3 times a well.
Level 2 – Students with an educational evaluation with a diagnosis may qualify for basic in-class accommodations.
Level 3 – Students with an educational evaluation with a diagnosis may enroll for a fee in level 3 with our learning lab teacher to receive testing support as well as additional instructional support. Contact beth.tidwell@parkviewbaptist.com for more information on level 3 learning lab.
