6 WEEKS – 12 MONTHS
In our infant classrooms, teachers are focused on meeting the physical and emotional needs of your child while sharing the love of Jesus. Our top priority is the safety and wellbeing of our infants. Teachers will make sure that your baby is loved on and cared for. Our staff incorporates the use of books, music, nature and toys to engage and stimulate the senses. Teachers plan activities for children individually and encourage them as they begin to meet developmental milestones, such as rolling over, cooing, transferring items from hand to mouth, crawling/walking, etc. Staff members are constantly talking with our infants during feedings, diapering, and playtime to promote language development. Infants at Parkview Baptist are also exposed to God’s creation through buggy rides and outside play in our covered Exploratorium.
