If you are a parent or member of a spirit team, you are in the right place! Thank you for visiting this page as you prepare to assist with selling ad space in this years’ Fall Sports Program Book. The books will be available for sale at the first home football game on 9/1/23 as well as home volleyball games after this date.
PREVIOUS PROGRAM BOOK AD SPONSORS
We will indicate the status of the business next to their name. If you see in progress or sold, we will list the name of the person responsible for the sale. We update this list daily; therefore, if the business is listed below without the sold information, you may contact them. RENEWALS: Please let the Development team know who you plan to contact from the list above so no one else also contacts them. We will also confirm their past support and any contacts we have there. When reaching out, please note that your contact person may be different than the one who received our email on May 15th when it was announced to ALL past Parkview Partners that the 2023-2024 school year’s opportunities were available. If you receive any updated contact information, please forward to the Development office at giving@parkviewbaptist.com. When contacting any of the above businesses, be sure to send them the 2023-2024 PBS Fall Sports Program Book Only or direct them right to the online registration HERE. NEW PROPSECTS?
Just like renewals, please contact Michelle White via email at giving@parkviewbaptist.com or call her directly at 225-335-0211 to confirm your potential prospects BEFORE you reach out to them.
Who to ask? Anyone you or your family has a relationship with first – local business owners, dentists, doctors, hair salons, restaurants, boutiques, dry cleaners, etc. Our program book ad space is available to anyone wishing to promote their business or celebrate their spirit team member or fall sports player. You will have the greatest success with people who know you and understand the value of partnering with Parkview Baptist School.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Please encourage your prospects to pay online here as this is the safest and most efficient manner to manage the ad sales. If your donor wants to pay with check, please request they still complete the online form and then skip the credit card payment option step once the registration is submitted. If you receive a completed form and/or check, please give it to your coach ASAP who will then submit it to Michelle White in the Development office. As a reminder, Ms. Cathy has set a goal for each spirit team member to sell $600 worth of fall sports program book ads.
PROGRAM BOOK AD SPACE AVAILABLE
There are both color and black & white ads available in various sizes ranging from a quarter page to a full page. It is very helpful if your program book ad purchasers submit their artwork to us ASAP; however, we recognize that some may need our graphic design assistance. At the time their ad is purchased (online), please instruct them to share any questions or ad design needs in the comment box at the bottom of the registration page. You may also direct them to Michelle White at giving@parkviewbaptist.com with any questions. We have a hard deadline of Friday, August 12th for all program book ad sales.
