Parkview Baptist School is seeking a qualified and mission-driven Athletic Director to oversee and lead all school athletic programs. This is a senior administrative leadership role, responsible for setting strategy, shaping culture, maintaining financial operations, including budgeting, and ensuring that athletics advances the school’s mission and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required; master’s degree preferred. – Must meet all requirements established by the LHSAA and best practices. – Minimum five (5) years of progressive responsibility collaborating with school-based athletic programs, with demonstrated responsibility for staff supervision, budgeting, and program oversight. – Experience leading multi-team athletics programs in independent schools, secondary education, or comparable environments. – Strategic, systems-level thinker, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. – Willingness to work extended hours including weekdays, weekends, and/or school holidays and breaks.
