What is Parkview Flex?

Parkview Flex is a mastery-based independent learning program that utilizes a 100% digitally delivered curriculum. Flex students are supported by certified content specialists and a learning coach—all located on campus. Our team’s goal is to build independent learners who are followers of Christ that are prepared to communicate, live, study and/or work in our technologically advanced world.

Why We Exist

Parkview Flex exists to provide a Christ-centered, college-preparatory personalized education experience. Utilizing flexible scheduling and pacing, along with a smaller learning environment, Flex aims to offer accessible tuition, a mastery-based approach to education, and proactive, student-led learning.

Faculty Support

While Flex provides an independent learning experience, our students are thoroughly supported by our Flex faculty members. Each member of our faculty functions as a Learning Coach – an academic and functional guide for our students within the program. Whether it’s pacing assistance, academic accountability, or family communication, our Learning Coaches provide a layered foundation of support for our Flex students.

Baton Rouge Location

While the origins of Parkview Flex predate the physical location, we have been blessed with a wonderful facility to house our educational experience. Less than a 2-minute drive from the main campus of Parkview, Flex resides in the former Laser Tag building located on S Sherwood Forest Boulevard. Freshly reimagined, our Baton Rouge Flex campus is home to our content specialists and acts as a homebase for all Flex operations in Baton Rouge.

St. Francisville Location

Our St. Francisville Flex location opened its doors in 2019 and became home to several students and families in the West Feliciana area and beyond. Strategically located to provide a closer in-person experience for the northwest area of our Parkview family, the St. Francisville Flex location is helmed by wonderful learning coaches who are committed to the success of our St. Francisville students.
