PBS Silver Steppers and Jr. Steppers Win National Titles

The PBS Silver Steppers and Jr. Steppers recently danced in Orlando, Florida at the American All Star Dance and Drill Team Nationals competition. The Steppers performed a total of 11 routines including solos, an ensemble, jazz, prop and open routines. They placed first with their prop routine, second place with their open routine and third place with their jazz routine. Their prop routine, Hollywood, was a crowd and judge pleaser earning the Steppers the title of overall Prop National Champions!

The Jr. Steppers also came home as 2022 Junior High National Champions! Their prop routine, Rotten to the Core, won first place and their jazz routine, Kill the Lights, placed second. They also received a choreography award for their jazz routine choregraphed by Londyn Atkinson. Two Jr. Steppers also took home solo awards as Stella Pourciau placed 5th overall for Junior High Solo and Cille Pourciau placed 3rd overall for Junior High Solo.
