Act 687 of the Louisiana Legislature

START Account (529 Plan) Changes

If you had a Louisiana START account for your child as of December 31, 2017, you may be eligible to make a one-time withdrawal of up to $10,000 during 2018 to pay tuition expenses related to kindergarten through twelfth grade of the beneficiary of the existing START account.
