High School celebrates Academic Awards

Our high school students recently celebrated Academic Awards Night. In addition to academic achievement awards in each subject, the top two GPA’s per grade level, National Latin exam winners, and All District and All State Choir winners, Junior Marshals and AP Scholars were honored.

• Lauryn Meyer, Mallory Rossetta – Slater Arts in Education (Choir)
• Nick Day – Slater Arts in Education (Drama)
• Maci Manuel – Slater Arts in Education (Art)
• Hannah Dickie, Kameron Tate, Wade Simmons, Jon-Patric Veal, Christina Lewis, Kevin Smith – Academic All-State Winners
• Wade Simmons – LHSAA All-State Sugar Bowl Scholarship
• Peyton Callender – 2017 Outstanding High School Volunteer Student Award presented by the Greater Baton Rouge State Fair
• Dawson McCulloch and Taylor Kelley – Louisiana Boys and Girls State
• Hannah Dickie – PBS Student of the Year
• Gabriella Musso, Harrison Warren, Ashlyn Fontenot, Hayden Warren, Katie Scannell, Benji Stansell – Prudhomme Leadership/Scholarship Award
