Five Parkview Baptist football players sign on National Signing Day
Parkview Baptist Seniors, McKane Kinchen, Matthew Murla, Wade Simmons, Dauton Sibley and Trent Kavanaugh signed their letters of intent to play football at the collegiate level today.
McKane Kinchen signed with Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Matthew Murla signed with The United States Air Force Academy in Colorado, Wade Simmons and Dauton Sibley signed with Louisiana College in Pineville, and Trent Kavanaugh signed with Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
This is the largest signing class in PBS football history. Murla’s signing will also be the fourth military academy signing in two years giving Parkview a player on all three service academy rosters. Alumni Reggie Hayes (’16) and Nelson Smith (’16) play for Navy and Grant Kerstens (’16) is playing for Army.
