“Another Kind of Hurricane” author visits Parkview

Author Tamara Ellis Smith, who wrote the popular book, “Another Kind of Hurricane” recently visited Parkview Baptist while in Baton Rouge to be a guest speaker at the Louisiana Book Festival. The visit was arranged by arranged by John and Michelle Cavalier at Cavalier House in Denham Springs. Smith spoke to students and signed books during the visit.
