PBS makes substantial contribution to Mary Bird Perkins
Student athletes and their coaches were recently able to make a $4,000 donation to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. The check was a culmination of “Pink” Football, Volleyball and Girls/Boys Basketball games. Proceeds from ‘pink’ gear in the Eagles Nest was included in the donation as well.
Many members of our PBS family, both faculty and parents, have been touched by cancer, so participating in the Mary Bird Perkins “Pink” fundraiser each year is both a blessing and an honor.
