PBS Welcomes Girls Soccer Coach Delaney Wells

Parkview Baptist School is excited to welcome Coach Delaney Wells as the new Head Coach of our Girls Soccer program!

Coach Wells joins the Parkview family following an outstanding collegiate playing career and brings a passion for developing young women both on and off the field.

Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, Coach Wells was a five-year collegiate starter and three-year team captain at Northwestern State University and Troy University. During her collegiate career, she earned First Team All-Southland Conference honors in 2022, Second Team All-Southland Conference recognition in 2021, and was named to the Southland Conference All-Tournament Team in 2021 while helping lead Northwestern State to both the Southland Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships. As team captain at Troy in 2024, she led the Trojans in goals scored and was recognized for her leadership, competitive spirit, and commitment to excellence.

Following her playing career, Coach Wells joined the Troy University women’s soccer coaching staff in 2025 before serving as an assistant coach at Enterprise High School in 2026. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University in 2023 and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Coaching in 2024.

Coach Wells is passionate about using athletics to shape young women of character. She is committed to helping student-athletes grow as leaders by fostering discipline, teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic while building a program that pursues excellence in competition and honors Christ in all that it does.
