Parkview Baptist School is proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone in our softball program—our head softball coach has earned her 400th career win, a testament to years of dedication, leadership, and excellence on and off the field.

A standout athlete in her own right, she played collegiate softball at LSU from 1997–2000, where she earned All-American honors in 1999 and 2000. She was named SEC Player of the Year in 2000 and LSU Female Athlete of the Year in 1999, solidifying her place among the top athletes in the program’s history. In 2019, she was rightfully inducted into the LSU Sports Hall of Fame, recognizing her outstanding collegiate career.

Following her time as a player, she began her coaching career at LSU under legendary Hall of Fame coach Yvette Girouard, gaining valuable experience for two years before stepping into a head coaching role at Starkey Academy in Central. After four successful years, she joined Parkview Baptist School, where she has now served as head coach for 19 years.

During her time at PBS, she has built a program defined by consistency, competitiveness, and character. Under her leadership, the Lady Eagles have earned 11 district championships, finished as state runner-up five times, and captured two state titles. Even more impressively, the program has qualified for the postseason in all 19 seasons she has led.

Reaching 400 career wins is more than just a number—it reflects the countless hours invested in developing student-athletes, building relationships, and striving for excellence. Her impact extends far beyond the field, shaping young women into leaders and competitors who carry the values of Parkview with them.

The Parkview community is incredibly grateful for her leadership and proud to celebrate this milestone achievement. Congratulations on 400 wins and the lasting legacy you continue to build at PBS.
