PBS Elementary Art Teacher Named American Heart Association Volunteer of the Year
Parkview Baptist School is thrilled to celebrate one of our own—Mrs. Marline Price, Elementary Art Teacher—who has been named the American Heart Association’s Volunteer of the Year!
Mrs. Price has devoted countless hours to supporting the AHA’s mission, bringing creativity, passion, and heart to every project she touches. One of her most meaningful contributions is organizing and facilitating the Kids Heart Challenge at PBS each year. Through this program, she helps educate students about heart-healthy living while inspiring them to serve others and support life-saving research. Her leadership has made the Kids Heart Challenge a beloved and impactful annual event on our campus.
Beyond her volunteer work, Mrs. Price uses her artistic gifts to uplift and inspire families throughout our community. Whether she’s coordinating wellness efforts, encouraging students to express themselves creatively, or raising awareness for heart health, she serves with excellence, compassion, and joy.
At PBS, Mrs. Price is known for the brightness she brings into the art classroom and the love she pours into her students each day. She embodies our value of Abundant Life, using her talents to serve not only our school, but the broader community as well.
We are so proud of Mrs. Price for this well-deserved recognition. Please join us in celebrating this incredible honor!
Congratulations, Mrs. Price — your PBS family is cheering for you!
