Tell us about your family:
– I grew up in Sabine Parish near the Toledo Bend Lake. Lonny Migues and I have been married for 42 years. We have three children, give grandchildren, two dogs and a cat.
“After 34 years of teaching in public schools, I decided to retire. My daughter-in-law encouraged me to pursue teaching in a Christian environment, and Parkview has turned out to be the perfect setting.”

Do you have an interesting fact?
– I like to dabble in cake decorating and often make wedding cakes/birthday cakes for friends and family.
What made you want to come to Parkview?
– I love Christian private school. I love working in an environment where I can openly love and pray for my coworkers and students. I love my children being surrounded by that same Christian environment, where I know their teachers are also praying for them. The vibe I immediately got here at PBS was so refreshing and life-giving! I’m so excited God brought us to Parkview!
Why is Christian education important?
– Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
