On Monday, October 31, Alumni Daniel Lewis (Class of 2001) came to campus to speak to the Adult Responsibilities and Publications classes.  In Adult Responsibilities, he spoke to the class about his career path and about not being afraid to try new opportunities.  In Publications, he spoke about using the yearbook to tell the story of the year and the importance of collaboration.
Mr. Lewis is the Chief Executive Officer for Evergreen Films and has been involved in over 50 projects while also assisting in the infrastructure growth of Louisiana’s film industry.
He has two upcoming project releases: My Southern Christmas airing on Hallmark on Thursday, November 24 (Thanksgiving Day) and A New Orleans Noel airing on Lifetime on Saturday, December 3. Another Parkview Baptist School Alumni, Wes Brown (Class of 2000), has a cameo appearance in the film as well and two of our own PBS 6th graders, Avery Lewis and Ava Skinner are featured as extras.
