Tell us about your family:
– I am from Covington, LA originally but have been in Baton Rouge since coming to LSU for college in 2011. I have worked in campus-based college ministry for 4 years and am excited to begin my teaching journey.

“I got saved as a senior in high school so I am passionate about this age group and seeing them grow in their relationship with Christ or coming to faith for the first time!”

Do you have an interesting fact?
– I had the opportunity to play with lion cubs and a young cheetah on a mission trip in South Africa.
– My hidden talent is making gumbo!

Why is Christian education important?
– Rather than a type of education I believe that Christianity and the Kingdom of God provides a lens by which to view and experience the world. Being able to educate young people and help train them to see and understand truth is a privilege and a calling to equip them for the future. I am grateful to come alongside the leadership of the school on this mission and help to shape our Parkview family into who God created us to be.
