Early Childhood Canned Good Olympics and Food Bank Donation

Last Friday, our Early Childhood students competed in the third annual Canned Good Olympics held in the Middle School Gym. They were introduced, passed the torch, and took the court for some amazing events. Each event revolved around a canned good that was donated with love.

On Monday, all of the canned goods were brought to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank by our students. They had the opportunity to tour the facility and learn the importance of giving back to the community. Our students donated a total of 676 pounds of canned goods this year – that is approximately 100 more pounds than last year! We look forward to sharing the gift of giving and blessing others this Holiday season.
