2019 Brother Bob Scholarship Winners
Founded by members of Parkview Baptist Church and Brother Bob Anderson, Parkview Baptist School opened July 13, 1981, for the purpose of providing a Christ-centered education for students. Dr. Anderson wanted a place where students could grow in understanding God and become mature young men and women who live life to its fullest in Christ. Each year the PTF awards a scholarship in honor of Brother Bob Anderson. This award is given to a student who is recognized by the faculty as displaying the characteristics and traits that Brother Bob desired to develop in each student. The students are recognized for their Christ-like behavior both at school and in their daily lives – using the Bible as a guide for daily living and showing respect for authority. They have been observed making good choices, reaching out to other students just as Christ reached out to others, lending a helping hand to those in need, demonstrating a personal commitment to intellectual growth and sharing God’s word to fellow students.
Congratulations to all of the students who were nominated and won!
