It is intended to reward the qualities of good citizenship. On behalf of the DAR Good Citizenship program congratulations to Lauren.
PBS Student Service
The PBS Student Service Award recognizes a senior who has gone above and beyond serving in the community. The student that is being recognized this evening truly exhibits a servant’s heart. She has spent countless hours serving as a volunteer coach to 5-year-old soccer players, playing the violin at care facilities, working in food pantries, and serving during international mission trips. This year’s PBS Student Service award is presented to Sierra.
Kiwanis Courtesy Award
This award is given to a senior who exhibits courtesy and kindness to peers and faculty throughout the entire year. This year, Kaci, has been selected to receive this honor.
Principal’s Leadership Award
This award is presented to a senior whose character demonstrates the heart and spirit of PBS through leadership and service. This year I would like to honor the senior who represents all that a PBS student should exemplify. This year’s Principal Leadership Award goes to Hayden.
Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools
Parkview Baptist School was invited to participate in the first annual season of the SBACS (Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools) Knowledge Quest, an online testing competition open to schools which are members of SBACS.
