Day With A Doctor 2019

Four Parkview Baptist Juniors were selected to attend “Day with a Doctor 2019.” These girls were chosen based on their GPA, teacher recommendations and personal essays. The purpose of this event is to honor, inspire, motivate and direct top students in this state who aspire to be physicians or enter any medical field. Participates have the opportunity to interact with physicians and medical students where they discover admission requirements for medical school and explore the life of a medical student. They also participate in diagnostic skills such as taking blood pressure, listening to hear sounds and measuring respiratory rate.
