Book Fair This Week
Visiting the Book Fair is like going to a bookstore set up in our school!
Your student will have time during the school day to select books to buy with the help of the librarians and parent volunteers. There are hundreds of non-fiction books, novels, games, bargain books, cookbooks, crafts and school supplies and more. Pre-orders are available for all upcoming titles. This is a great way to get some early Christmas shopping done!
Book Fairs are important. Not only do they help raise funds for our school, but they open up the wonderful world of reading to our children!
You can help the event in several ways:
- Help your child select favorite titles to read and send him or her with a list. You can pay by cash, debit/credit card or check. (Make checks payable to “Cavalier House Books” and remember, please include sales tax.)
- Give the Gift of Reading. Donors can give a gift in any denomination for the school or class library. Nameplates listing you as a donor will be placed in the books purchased through this giving program.
- Even family and friends can come out to our Book Fair; we will be open October 16th-19th 7:30am-4:00pm and October 20th 7:30am-1:00pm.
