Activities on Campus Friday, August 12 – CANCELLED

 

Dear PBS Parents,

 

Due to inclement weather, we have cancelled InService for our faculty, Holiday Camp, and PBC Preschool is also closed.

 

The rescheduled information for tonight’s 5th/6th Prep Night and Early Childhood Open House is below.

 

Monday, August 15

HIGH SCHOOL PREP DAY REMAINS THE SAME – High School Gym

• Students NEW to Parkview 8:30-10:30 (must stay the whole time)
• Remaining 9th Graders 10:30-11:30
• 10th Graders 12:00-1:00
• 11th Graders 1:00-2:00
• 12th Graders 2:00-3:00

• 7th and 8th Grade PREP DAY REMAINS THE SAME

• 7th and 8th Graders – Monday, August 15th Anytime between 4:00-6:00

• ELEMENTARY OPEN HOUSE FOR PARENTS REMAINS THE SAME

• Begins at 6pm in Sanctuary

• EARLY CHILDHOOD OPEN HOUSE FOR PARENTS (originally scheduled for tonight)

• Will move to MONDAY night in a new format
• Parents can come to the Early Childhood Hallway and visit with their child’s teacher ANY TIME BETWEEN 4:30-6:30pm. This will allow parents of students in the other divisions to only come to campus once.

• Tuesday, August 16
• 5th and 6th GRADE PREP NIGHT (originally scheduled for tonight)

• Will move to TUESDAY night in the same format
• 5th Graders – 4:00-5:30
• 6th Graders – 5:30-6:30

School will begin for 1st-12th graders on Wednesday, August 17 as planned. (Early Childhood students know their staggered start date)
