gaylaGayla Ware, 4th Grade Teacher

Welcome to Mrs. Ware! Mrs. Ware is pictured here with her husband, Stephen and her children, Joseph (will be in 1st grade at PBS), Hanna (will be in Kindergarten at PBS) and Karleigh (who is in PBC Preschool). Mrs. Ware has her BS in Elementary Education grades 1-8 from Louisiana State University. She comes to us from Southside Elementary in Livingston Parish. Let’s get to know Mrs. Ware a little better!

What made you want to come to Parkview?  My husband and I are both alums. Parkview feels like home and we couldn’t think of a better place to raise our children.

What church do you and your family attend? Redeemer Baptist Church

Give us a super interesting fact about Mrs. Ware. I grew up across the street from my husband, I have known him since I was 5 years old! We sort have a “I married the girl next door” love story, with a few twists, like I told him I would NEVER like him several times.

What is your hidden talent? I’m pretty sure I can still spike a volleyball!

Favorite Movie of all time? My Girl

Why is Christian education important? Our children are our legacy! It’s our calling to raise them up as LIGHT in the world. What better way to do that then put them in an education environment which allows them to soak in faith, hope, and love of Jesus Christ?

Favorite verse? Matthew 5:16″Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.”

Feel free to email Mrs. Ware at gayla.ware@parkviewbaptist.com and welcome her (back) to the Eagle family!
