Before Care – Early Morning Procedures

Kinderlime is a new app that we are using to help us keep track of Morning Care.

When your child enters the Middle School Gym for Before Care, he or she will enter a PIN number into an iPad that gives us a digital time stamp.

Any Middle School child who enters the gym any time BEFORE 7:00am will be charged a $30 Renweb fee for the month, as Middle School teachers are not on duty until 7:00am. (The monthly fee allows you to use Before Care as often as you need for that month.)

Any EC or Elementary child who enters the gym BEFORE 7:30am, will be charged a $30 Renweb fee for the month.  (The monthly fee allows you to use Before Care as often as you need for that month.)

EXCEPTION: If the child is an EC or ELEMENTARY student with a MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL SIBLING, and arrives BETWEEN 7am and 7:30am, you will NOT be charged for Before Care since Middle and High School carpools begin at 7am, and the younger sibling has to come with them.

Coach BJ will walk all EC and Elementary students to their respective buildings to arrive for 7:30am. Kinderlime allows us to see the exact time they are checked in, which will help us to bill Renweb accurately.
