Tell us about your family.
I have two wonderful godly parents that have definitely trained me up in the way that I should go. All glory to GOD! I am just like my mother. My dad is the most knowledgeable man of scripture that I have known and also the hardest worker. He is pretty much a renaissance man. Both of my parents are crazy, outgoing, and love the Lord! I have two siblings, Brandon and Rebekah. Rebekah and I both have the same heart for missions and love to travel to make God’s name known.

Why is Christian education at a school like Parkview important?
Christian education is important because it is important to Christ. We, as Christians, should be educating the world about Christ and what He desires to do for them. We should not only educate people about facts that will give them a secular job, but about a God that loves them, wants to save them from their sins, and give them new lives. That has eternal value and that should be our main focus in education.
What is your favorite verse?
All of Ephesians 2! It is such a beautiful description on how we were dead in our sins and without hope. “BUT God, who is rich and mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) and hath raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus…”
Tell us some fun facts about Rachel Smith.
I am in love with the SPURS NBA basketball team. Yes… I watch the NBA. And the Spurs are my favorite. Why you might ask? Well, they play great fundamental basketball and are skilled in the art of the basics. They never ball hog and their bench is AMAZING! I mean come on! Ganobli isn’t even a starter all games! Oh yeah…and I also love the fact that most of them are foreigners from different countries that all got placed on the same team. And yet, even though they all came from different backgrounds and countries, they have one of the best team chemistry. Yeah…I love the Spurs.
