PBS Middle School Track & Field Ends Successful Season

Our middle school track program just recently ended their season on a high note.  In only the second year of the program,  our 5/6^th grade boys team went undefeated, 8-0, capturing the Baton Rouge Metro Area Private School Championship held at Catholic High School.  The boys won every meet in dominating fashion!  The 5/6^th grade girls were runners-up in the championship meet and finished the season with 5 first places and three runner-up finishes.  Our 7/8^th boys and girls teams had excellent seasons as well with steady improvement throughout the season.  In our last two meets, more than 80% of our athletes had PR’s (personal records) while breaking most of the school records as well.  The future of PBS Track & Field looks very bright!  Congratulations to all our athletes, coaches and parents for another outstanding season.
