“As the High School Principal, I want to build on the firm foundation begun at Parkview Baptist in 1981. In the five months I have been here, I have been most impressed with the dedication and comraderie of the high school faculty. I want to build on that strength while increasing academic rigor and accountability for both students and teachers. First and foremost, I want to stay true to the mission of the school and provide more opportunities to improve the spiritual life of the school by implementing opportunities and programs designed to build intentionally Christian student leaders. I moved my family here to start our lives at Parkview Baptist because I believe strongly that God has a divine purpose and tremendous plans for the future of our school,” said Mr. Haindel.
Mr. Haindel will begin as the High School Division Head on December 1, 2014. He and his wife, Courtney, the Director of Marketing and Enrollment at Parkview, have three daughters at Parkview Baptist in PreK, 3rd grade and 8th grade. They are members of Istrouma Baptist Church.
Mr. Haindel will be holding a series of several parent meetings when we return to school in January after the Christmas break to give our parents in grades 8-12 a chance to meet him and ask questions. Please look for an email from Mr. Haindel to sign up for one of these opportunities.
