IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ATTENDEES:

Breakfast with Santa
Saturday, December 3, 2022
8 AM to 10:30 AM

With more than 330 guests expected this year, so we are writing today to go over some important details to ensure you have the most wonderful experience. Please be sure to read this entire message, so you do not miss a thing.

PARKING: Please note that we have MOVED the location of the ENTRANCE of the event to the Courtyard. The address for Parkview Baptist School is 5750 Parkview Church Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70817. You should park in the large parking lot in front of Parkview Baptist Church and the High School Gym. You will see an iron fence at the entrance of the courtyard – enter there. There will be a sign to help you find your way. (Please click here to view the map.)

CHECK IN: Just outside the entrance of the Middle School Gym, there will be volunteers to check you in. To expedite the process, please share the name of the person who registered your family along with the number of guests in your party. Since we are sold out, no tickets will be available at the door.

PHOTO WITH SANTA: Our most popular activity is the coveted professional photograph from Eye Wander Photography with Santa. NEW THIS YEAR – you will be provided a suggested time to take your family’s photo upon your arrival. This should reduce wait times. If you are not ready at your suggested time, just go as soon as you can after your time has passed. We are also excited to share that you will receive a beautiful 5 x 7 color print of one of your photos immediately after your session. Additional photos will be available for viewing online and for purchase starting December 7, 2022 at https://orders.eyewanderphoto.com/Parkview-Santa-breakfast-2022.

STROLLERS: You are welcome to bring a stroller. Since we are expecting record numbers, we simply ask that you park your stroller under the covered Courtyard area BEFORE entering the Early Childhood building where many of the activities take place.

BREAKFAST: This year, we are excited to have a scrumptious breakfast buffet provided by Chef Jeremy Coco in the Middle School Gym. The meal provided includes scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cheese grits, French toast sticks, biscuits, and donut holes. Also, for the first time, we are happy to announce that PJ’s Coffee is providing us with a hot chocolate and coffee station.

TOY COLLECTION: Please bring a new, unwrapped toy to be donated to District 10’s City-Parish Toy Drive. We will collect the items at check-in.
