PBS 5th Graders Compete in the Math Olympiad
A group of fifth grade students participated in the Louisiana Elementary Math Olympiad Saturday, held at the Kenilworth Math and Science Magnet School. Over 200 students from across Baton Rouge gathered to compete based on their performance on a multiple choice math test covering various math topics.
PBS had 5 students place in the top 25 and 2 students placed in the top 5. Students won an iPod shuffle and a Kindle while Mrs. Cotton won a $75.00 Amazon gift card.
