High School Chapel Encourages Students to LOVE One Another
At our first High School Chapel and assembly, four students – Katie Scannell, Megan Hatch, Kameron Tate and Haigon Hancock each shared their story about what happened to them last week in the flood. Each of these students lost their house and their belongings. Every student shared how God is good even in the midst of so much loss.
Later that afternoon at Principal’s Assembly, Mr. Haindel challenged the students to “Love One Another” as the Bible commands. He had the flood victims and those housing flood victims stand. He asked our students to gather around them, encourage them and pray for them, as well as pray for the upcoming school year.
We are so proud of our student body rallying around each other and showing the love of Christ!
